Yes. We come out, look at the roof properly, get the drone up where that is the sensible way to see it, and give you a written quote. There is no charge and no obligation to go ahead.
That is exactly what the survey answers. Plenty of roofs we look at need a repair rather than a replacement, and we will tell you when that is the case. You will see the photographs yourself, so you are not taking our word for it.
Every installation carries a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, which stands whatever happens to us as a company. On top of that, roof replacements carry a long-term workmanship guarantee and flat roofs a 10-year workmanship warranty. Repairs carry a 12-month guarantee. The exact cover for your job is written into the quote.
Yes. We offer payment plans including interest-free options over terms of up to five years, arranged through an independent finance provider. Ask about it at the survey and we will show you the options alongside the quote.
We do. Roughcasting, fascias, soffits and guttering, conservatory roofs and VELUX window installation as certified installers. If you are having the roof done it is usually cheaper to do the rest of the exterior at the same time, while the scaffolding is already up.
